Kaa-Blamo! Hot-'N Spicy Meatballs

- 1 lb ground chuck (80/20)
 - ¾ tsp Kosher salt
 - ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
 - 1 large egg, beaten
 - ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
 - ⅓ cup Kaa-Blamo! BBQ sauce, divided
 - 1 tsp olive oil
 
			SERVES: 4  |  COOK TIME: 12 MINUTES
		


					In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, salt, pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, and 2 tbsps Kaa-Blamo! BBQ sauce. Form the meat into balls roughly the size of golf balls, yielding10 to 12 when done.
				
					Place the meatballs on a plate, cover with plastic, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 
				
					Prepare a grill for direct medium heat (350° – 450°F).
				
					Lightly brush the meatballs with olive oil.
				
					Grill the meatballs over direct heat for 5 minutes. Flip and grill until the internal temperature reads 155°F with an instant-read thermometer,5 to 7 minutes more.
				
					Brush with the remaining BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
